Toni has more than 30 years of experience as a management consultant. Prior to co-founding Alliant, she held positions as project manager, project director, and EVP of consulting services during her tenure with two national consulting firms. Before her consulting career, Toni held management positions with Hallmark Cards, Inc. and R.H. Macy & Co.

Toni’s hands-on experience crosses many operational areas, including marketing and promotions, sales, new media, creative services, sales support, order entry and fulfillment, telephone service / sales, production control, inventory management, packaging, distribution, billing and collections. Her deep expertise in organizational redesign and change management includes needs assessment, development of standards and performance metrics, redesign of work processes, management skills development, systems and process improvements for performance tracking / reporting, compensation / incentives programs, and communications programs.
