Toni brings nearly 30 years of experience as a management consultant to her current projects. Prior to co-founding Alliant, she held positions as project manager, project director, and EVP of consulting services during her tenure with two national consulting firms. Before her consulting career, Toni held management positions with Hallmark Cards, Inc. and R.H. Macy & Co. Toni is President and CEO of Alliant Consulting, Inc.
Toni’s work has spanned from small, privately held businesses to Fortune 200 companies, in both union and non-union environments. She has substantial experience with clients in the following industries:
Her work has centered on the design and implementation of major reorganization projects involving multiple disciplines and functions, to generate improvements in service, quality, and productivity; increase revenues and customer retention; and maintain or reduce costs.
Toni’s hands-on experience crosses many operational areas, including marketing and promotions, sales, new media, creative services, sales support, order entry and fulfillment, telephone service / sales, production control, inventory management, packaging, distribution, billing and collections. Her deep expertise in organizational redesign and change management includes needs assessment, development of standards and performance metrics, redesign of work processes, management skills development, systems and process improvements for performance tracking / reporting, compensation / incentives programs, and communications programs.
